Michael Rosenberg is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney who represents defendants in complex multi-party product liability and toxic tort litigation. He has served as regional coordinating defense counsel for an international pharmaceutical company in numerous cases involving claims of hepatitis transmission from a blood derivative. In this capacity, he defended cases in both state and federal courts in the northeast and was involved in the development of litigation strategy and the integration of a unified litigation plan. He also was responsible for the computerization of the entire project.

Mr. Rosenberg has defended manufacturers and distributors of consumer products, medical equipment and heavy machinery in product liability suits. He has substantial experience working with technical, engineering and biomedical data consultants and experts, and using them strategically in his clients' defense. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has experience litigating personal injury, wrongful death and professional liability cases. He has successfully investigated, prosecuted and defended such claims in state and federal courts.

He is certified in the state and federal courts as a mediator and has been involved in mediating disputes since 2002.
