Brian Mulligan focuses his practice on real estate development and related litigation, commercial lending, and corporate counseling. Mr. Mulligan represents national and regional retailers, builders, golf course developers and landowners throughout New Jersey including outdoor advertising companies. Mr. Mulligan also counsels corporate clients on domestic and international business issues and commercial transactions and disputes and represents the largest emergency travel assistance company in the country. In addition, Mr. Mulligan represents commercial lending institutions in connection with asset based loans.
Mr. Mulligan has been recognized by his peers and named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers® list in 2010.
