Erica Helms focuses her practice on complex litigation in the federal and state courts. She has significant experience with cases involving business and commercial matters, as well as employment and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Helms also has extensive public procurement experience at the state and local levels, which includes challenging bid specifications, attacking unjust contract awards, and defending successful bidders.
Ms. Helms regularly serves as New Jersey local counsel to leading law firms across the country in connection with a variety of commercial and intellectual property litigation matters.
