Graig P. Corveleyn focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and gaming law. His practice includes representation of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees, Chapter 11 Debtors, Chapter 11 Creditors Committees and litigation in adversary proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court. He also has experience with private equity companies and other entities seeking gaming and non-gaming regulatory approval before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. Mr. Corveleyn was a participant on a number of continuing legal education panels during the introduction of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).

Before entering private practice, he served as a legal intern to the Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in Trenton and the Honorable Mary L. Cooper in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in Trenton. He also served as a Managing Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Mr. Corveleyn serves on the Board of Directors of Tim Keyes Consort, a New Jersey non-profit organization.
